The large candle

I pretty much finished painting some religious figures on a wax candle,
it's called the "Easter Wax Candle" as it's lit during the Easter Mass.
Mine will be lit in Budrio's Church. I used some Raffaello paintings as guideline and
reference as i'm very new to religious painting.
I'm really glad i worked with that reference material as i feel like i learned a lot.

PARIS 2006

I was in Paris in october 2006, i still wonder why i never visited it before...
... such a magic city.

....and of course i took some photos that have already been seen everywhere... but yet, when you are there in person you can't help doing it yourself as well.

The first photo is a view from the tour Eiffel, the cat.. i think is in the LOUVRE as well as the far more famous Canova sculpture.

What else to say.. Paris, je t'aime! (and i'm not referring to the pop singer, which i actually don't like at all...)
